The Loudoun Board of Supervisors Tuesday was briefed on a study commissioned by the Town of Leesburg that advocates the establishment of a small business incubator in town, drawing a largely supportive response.
Keith Segerson, of the Mason Enterprise Center, told supervisors of the vision for the incubator, which would be a place where small and growing companies could locate, find the information and support they need for their business while saving money. The George Mason University affiliate operates 38 incubators located throughout Virginia.
