Louisiana Economic Development Secretary Stephen Moret wants his state to be one of the best, if not the best, in the country for small businesses.
He reinforced that message during a visit Tuesday to The Bike Pedaler, a small business Milton Hutchinson opened last month in Shreveport. Moret also met with elected officials, business leaders and even some prospects interested in locating in this area.
