St.Clairsville, Ohio — The Belmont County Department of Development/Community Improvement Corporation is joining forces with the Muskinghum County Business Incubator (MCBI) program.
A nine county partnership has created business assistance HUBS. The HUB project focuses on a county location where business owners and operators can find related education, support and mentorship. In Belmont County, that is now the St. Clairsville office of DOD/CIC.
